In fact, the BBB/Pinnacol Assurance Workers Compensation Program has returned more than $10 million in dividends to Accredited Businesses enrolled in the program. Both premiums and dividends are based on the individual company's loss experience.

Eligible BBB Accredited Businesses can take advantage of an array of services, including educational seminars, safety programs, fraud prevention and detection to underwriting, claims management and legal services.
In addition, BBB/Pinnacol participants receive access to loss-control resources and assistance in establishing safe working conditions.
By using Pinnacol Online, BBB Accredited Businesses can file claims online as well as access claims and policy information.
